SB SETEC has a Code of Ethics and a Regulatory System set on Policies and Guidelines that guide and describe behaviors and processes also in relation to the prevention of corruption and fraud.
Model 231 serves both as a support tool and one of the main points of SB SETEC’s Code of Ethics. The Supervisory Board and additional control and monitoring tools provided in the Model 231 are key elements of the said Code.
Italian Competition Authority has positively evaluated the application for the Legality Rating submitted by SB SETEC. On the basis of the declarations made and the checks carried out, the certifying body awarded our company a two-star rating ★★++, which meant that we were included in the list of companies with a Legality Rating.
