Since 2023, SB SETEC has implemented a Gender Equality Management System according to the reference practice UNI/PdR 125. The company is certified by RINA.

The system provides the adoption of specific KPI (Key Performance Indicator) relating to gender equality policies in organization, such as:

  • Ensure gender equality with regard to the presence and professional growth of women in the company;
  • Enhance diversity in organizational roles;
  • Support female empowerment in business activities.

Attention is paid at all times and in all circumstances of working life through the application of appropriate behaviour in the areas of recruitment, career management, equal pay, parenting, work-life balance and the prevention of abuse and harassment in the workplace.
