SB SETEC has adopted a system for the management of reports in compliance with the regulatory provisions referred to in Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 on whistleblowing and on the “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019.

The reports can be made by all employees of the Company, but also by suppliers, subcontractors, Clients, etc. relating to violations of regulations in order to guarantee correctness, transparency and ethics in the conduct of company activities.
